It’s been quite a while since I posted anything to my personal website, so I thought I’d start things off with some fun!

I’m releasing a new cat, a lying down longhair with a big fluffy tail. She’s sculpted with tiny pawpads on her hind feet and a lot of fluff in her ears. Since she’s again based on my cat Hana, I’d prefer not to have a duplicate name in my gallery, so it’s time for…Name That Cat!

Napoleon!

This little tyrant is 2 3/8″ tall, but with every bit of attitude as the real Napoleon (our cat, not the person, although Napoleon the cat does have quite the war-emperor-like tendencies sometimes). Just finished the sculpt, and will be sending it off to be molded and cast on Tuesday.

The first batch arrived much faster than I was expecting, so I changed the price to a flat $40 plus shipping. Thank you to all who preordered!

If you haven’t bought yours yet, what are you waiting for? :9 They’re absolutely beautiful, the finish on them is highly polished and still very detailed; also, now I can ship in time for Halloween, a great time to wear your Nightmare! (Well, any time is a great time to help out horses, I say…)

New Catloaf!

Literally just finished sculpting this kitty last night. She’s titled “Kitkat” and much like her namesake, who can often be seen in exactly this pose, she is resting in a cute and very compact form (a.k.a. catloaf).

Michele Light’s “La Brea”

This is something I’ve been working on since January, with permission from Michele. She’s a talented artist who does some pretty cute and funny pinup stuff. I thought her recent illustration of a sabertooth/smilodon catgirl, named “La Brea” (and appropriately wearing a shirt with “Extinct” emblazoned across her chest), would work nicely in 3D form.
