This little tyrant is 2 3/8″ tall, but with every bit of attitude as the real Napoleon (our cat, not the person, although Napoleon the cat does have quite the war-emperor-like tendencies sometimes). Just finished the sculpt, and will be sending it off to be molded and cast on Tuesday.
